PROCESSING TIME

In general, orders ship within one business day of payment being received and fully cleared. For credit card purchases, your order will ship within 1 business day of being placed; for e-Check or Money Order purchases, your order will ship within 1 business day of your payment being received and cleared through our bank, unless you are a trusted regular customer and have requested special arrangements.

PACKAGING

Our preference for packaging is to keep the weight as low as possible while still providing good protection to your merchandise. We use padded envelopes for most orders, except the largest ones.

TRACKING

All shipping options we offer come with tracking, and your tracking information will be sent to you automatically by the shipping service, or included in an email to you once your order has been shipped.

INSURANCE

By default, packages are not sent with insurance. However, on request, we will insure international or domestic orders to their full value to protect your investment in our products. See below for information on RESHIPPING in the instance a package goes missing, is delayed, stolen, damaged, or encounters customs complications.

REFUNDS / RESHIPPING

In the instance that a package is lost in transit, we will gladly reship any order which had been sent insured by customer request. For an additional shipping fee, we will also reship any package that is not delivered successfully, and gets returned to us unopened. All other orders cannot be reshipped or refunded, except as a special courtesy to a valued long-time customer in extraordinary circumstances.

RETURNS

All sales are final once you have opened your package.

We have implemented extensive measures to ensure that your personal information is stored securely in a form that could not be accessed by any third party, whether it was requested voluntarily or otherwise.

BILLING AND SHIPPING

Your purchase will show up on your credit card or bank statement billed to "MrMalo.com". Orders are shipped in nondescript packaging that is securely sealed and low weight.

USE OF ENCRYPTION

To preserve as much of your privacy as possible, we suggest use of SSL (i.e. https:// addresses only) while visiting our site. All ecommerce transactions are protected by SSL.

Any cached customer information is protected against physical theft by disk encryption. Top-notch network security is provided by the OpenBSD operating system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

"Seller" means MrMalo.com, the website MrMalo.com and all persons associated with it;

"Buyer" means the invidual, firm, company or other legal entity purchasing the Goods from the Seller;

"Goods" means the goods, material or extract which are the subject of the Contract;

"Contract" means an agreement made between the Seller and Buyer for the sale of Goods;

(1) The Buyer agrees to all the conditions contained in this Contract when purchasing Goods from the Seller.

(2) The Buyer affirms that they are at least 18 years of age. The Seller will prosecute minors attempting to make purchases to the fullest extent of the law.

(3) The Buyer understands the Goods purchased from the Seller are exclusively for scientific research and identification purposes. The Goods are not intended for human consumption under any circumstances.

(4) The Buyer will take full responsibility for any Goods purchased from the Seller. This applies to any and all damages, personal injury, and legal fees that the Buyer may incur as a result of misuse of the Goods, whose range of application is explicitly limited in this Contract.

(5) The Buyer is wholly responsible for obeying local laws and regulations with respect to the Goods purchased from the Seller. The offer of the Goods by the Seller is void where prohibited. Any complications with Goods in transit which are due to a failure to observe applicable laws and regulations are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer.

(6) The Buyer certifies that their billing and shipping information are their own and not those of a third party, related or unrelated. The Seller allows billing and shipping addresses to be distinct in the instance that the Buyer has done sufficient business with the Seller, subject to the discretion of the Seller. Under no circumstances will the Seller accept distinct names for billing and shipping from the Buyer.

(7) The Seller will make every reasonable effort to assure the Goods are shipped to the Buyer in a timely fashion. In the event there is a delay, the Buyer acknowledges the Seller is not liable for such delay and the Seller will alert the Buyer of the delay.

(8) The Buyer understands that the Seller cannot accept returns due to the possibility of the Goods being contaminated.
